concern of the fatality of and significant physical injury to that individual, that individual’s partner, which individual’s prompt member of the family, and throughout taking part in such conduct triggered irreversible disfigurement and harmful physical injury to that individual which individual’s partner, to wit, BOELTER utilized a general practitioner navigating system, interstate cables, and the Web to strategy and execute the tracking, capturing, and tried murder of John Hoffman and Yvette Hoffman in Champlin, Minnesota, done in offense of Title 18, USA Code, Sections 2261A( 2 )( A) and 2261( b)( 2 ).

( Murder of Melissa Hortman Via Use a Gun).
On or regarding June 14, 2025, in the State and Area of Minnesota and somewhere else, VANCE LUTHER BOELTER, the accused, throughout and in regard to a criminal offense of physical violence for which he might be prosecuted in a court of the USA, specifically, the tracking crime butted in Matter One, intentionally utilized and lugged a gun, and in progression of such criminal offenses, had a gun, and throughout that criminal offense triggered the fatality of an individual via using a gun, which murder is murder as specified in Title 18, USA Code, Area 1111( a), to wit, BOELTER fired and eliminated Melissa Hortman in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, done in offense of Title 18, USA Code, Area 924( j).
